1. Subscription Agreement
a. Fast Forward Fuel is a subscription-based service. By subscribing to the service, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee in accordance with the payment terms agreed upon at the time of subscription.
b. Your subscription to Fast Forward Fuel will automatically renew for another term unless you cancel your subscription as per the cancellation policy.

2. Use of the Web Portal:
a. You may access and use the Fast Forward Fuel web portal solely for your internal business purposes.
b. You shall not use the web portal for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
c. You agree not to use the web portal to transmit any virus, worm, or other harmful content.

3. Use of the Android App:
a. You may download and use the Fast Forward Fuel Android app on the devices you own solely for your internal business purposes.
b. You shall not use the app for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. 
c. You agree not to modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app.

4. Confidentiality:
a. All data, information, and content transmitted through the web portal shall be considered confidential.
b. You agree to keep all user data and content confidential and not to share or disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability:
a. Fast Forward Fuel is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no warranties or representations of any kind as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the web portal or app.
b. We shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of or relating to the use of the web portal or app.

c. We are not liable for any interruption in service caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues and natural disasters.

6. Modification of Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. Your continued use of the web portal or app constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

7. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions contained within the subscription agreement.

8. Cancellation:
